Love... Solitude... Devotion... Virtue... Hope... Sorrow...

I'll Be Here... I Promise...

Everyday
Hope... Virtue... Solitude... Devotion... Sorrow... Love...

have you ever notice the people around you?
i am not refering to people you know of
but rather the same people you see everyday
when i go to work at ARC
my routine would be taking MRT to Redhill station
from there i take Bus 33 at the bus stop opposite the station
and every morning at the same time sharp
i see familiar faces everyday
people whom i don't know

people like that NSF in no. 3 with the name tag "Edwin See"
sometimes wearing civilian thou
never really see him alight at the same bus stop before
hence i suppose he belongs to MMI rather than ARC

people like that blue uniform sec sch girl with long fringe
who will always carry a pile of books or file
with her MP3 blasting in her ears all the time
and her rosy cheeks are always plump up cutely

people like that skinny uncle always in brown shirt
who will always wait at the bus stop until 7.15 sharp
before he goes to 7-11 to buy newspaper
and alight one stop before me

people like that 3 china man who smokes by the dustbin
squatting by the pavement chatting and laughing
all three of them sharing one newspaper
waiting for a lorry to pick them at 7.20

alot of people whom i see everyday
whom made me think about alot of things
routine...
a cycle which people do
things that we do everyday almost without fail

they never say anything to me
neither do i say anything to them
what impact do they made in our lives?
if you say nothing...
probably...
but then again... really nothing?

call me crazy
but if i were to stop seeing them all together suddenly
i think i will miss them
